Today, March 5, 2023, I decided to go and see a late movie at the AMC Galewood Crossing. #14. Upon entering the theater, I was shocked to find that the theater was absolutely filty. Upon receiving my pre-ordered food, the smell of the stale food left behind throughout the theater made me feel disgusted. I decided to leave and found the manager and asked for a refund. The manager was very rude and said that I needed my original method of payment or I could get a pass to use later. It was easier to take the pass. Unfortunately, I had not eaten my food as the flatbread was burnt and the manager said I could take it with me. I was irritated and took the pass and left. This was by far some of the the worst service I have ever received. I don't normally attend this theater and was very shocked at the appearance and service. Listed below is the receipt:

An example is Jeanie Mikutis, who wrote to me earlier this month about her husband, Richard. Heres an edited version of what she wrote: In July of 2015, my 88-year-old husband was in a local rehabilitation center, where he exhibited signs of dementia memory loss, confusion, etc. I visited him daily and one day he forgot my visit and swore that I had been kidnapped since he thought that I had not been there. Another time he imagined that he had lost some of his possessions that he had with him. This upset him terribly as he was sure that someone in the facility had stolen from him. In reality, what he was looking for was at home. Many episodes of this nature took place. He was seen periodically by the house physician and a psychiatrist and it was deemed he had dementia. I was told by the director of the facility that it was a terrible disease and warned me that our life was about to change. I was devastated. Upon his release from the rehab center, he exhibited more dementia-like episodes. I knew that dementia came in stages, so I made an appointment with Dr. Ramon Gil, a local neurologist, as I wanted to know what stage of this devastating disease my husband was in. I also made an appointment to see if he would qualify for the Veterans Administration nursing home. I managed to get him on the waiting list at the VA nursing home. I remember crying as I handed...
