It’s clear that some tasks can be replaced by robots, but I can’t assume foreseeable future of Robotics Receptionists replace the personal to welcome and support the guests on the reception table. Yes, we have seen smart or intelligent buildings as part of the FM and some tasks can be replaced by robots – like some cleaning responsibilities but still we have to wait to see impact of this artificial intelligence (AI) on the subject of robotics in the field of FM. But automation provides opportunity for the FM sector to use data to provide more information to the FM that it can move robotics machine as enabler, from a cost to an asset for the enterprise. Time will come to build city with friendly robotics to serve us in FM.MAK
