Hey ladies,
i gave birth on the 29th and have been breastfeeding but today i noticed a lump in both of my armpits they are painful and i dont know what this is caused by has this happened to anyone before? tips please

maybe clogged duct? Gently massage towards your nipple with olive oil or any oil, make sure you do it gently not too hard. Or you can go under hot shower and gently massage in there and pump or feed baby afterwards. Watch out for mastitis which will give you chills and fever. But i hope you can open it up before turns into an infection.

oh I’ve also seen but haven’t tried yet, when you have clogged ducts. Do you have a haaka? You fill that up with warm water add epsom salt, i forgot how much, and then attach it to your nipple and go under hot shower! I hope something helps :(

Pump and massage those lumps!!! That’s milk getting left behind they can become painful if you don’t express them ��

gave birth on the 27 and have the same thing...just keep breastfeeding or pumping it'll get raid of it
