“Oh no,” was a collective thought across the Blue Lock player’s minds as they heard Ego’s voice echo through the room.
“I did not approve of this, as you might imagine, but the situation stays the same.” Ego says. “The players in this room will be listening to an audio recorded recently by the Blue Lock players, a karaoke night as one might say.”
Everyone could hear Niko falling off his chair and crashing to the floor. Reo hung his head in shame as Shidou cackled manically. Isagi looked around at all of his new teammates and his mentor, Noel Noa, fearfully.
The players could hear Ego say “Press play Anri.” right before music started to blast into the room. The foreign players had no idea what song was playing or what trauma they would soon endure as they began to listen intently to the song. Rin started to shiver in his seat in suspense. Isagi thought it was a fair reaction as he waited for the lyrics to play.
“The-the-the-there’s no need for pointless words” the whole group sang.
“But why?” sounded Niko’s voice. The Ubers team turned to look at him in surprise. Niko, who had sat back down on his chair, refused to make eye contact with anyone. The group continued to sing, “I want to make you all all all mine”. The players began to feel concerned as a sense of foreboding fell over them.
Aryu’s voice sang “I wanna wanna touch your-”.
“Body” The sheer amount of eyebrows raised in the singular moment was astronomical. Barou had a look of extreme disgust on his face as Aiku started to tap his foot along with the beat. Lavinho was laughing already. Igarashi was ready to cry or run away at a moment's notice.
“3 2 1 Let’s session!” Nagi sang. The person in question barely even looked up from his lap. No one knew if it was from shame or if he didn’t care about his involvement in the song.Kaiser looked delighted to hear Isagi’s voice singing “Check check check testing you”. Ness scowled and stared. Isagi covered his face with his hands.
“Bullseye, hole in one” came Shidou’s voice. The tone used was …interesting and the end sounded more like a moan than regular singing. The players couldn’t say they were surprised to hear it coming from him.
“You want to speak, you tell me you can’t - it’s alright, come!” FC Barcha’s thoughts were filled with sad exclamations of how they ‘got Bachira too’.
“I want to touch you” sounded in their ears. Nagi’s head lifted up at the sound of Reo’s voice, especially at the lyrics. Isagi didn't know why he looked surprised, he was there when they sang the song. “I want to embrace you, naked together”. Rin glared at the room as he curled away from the speaker. His glare said ‘say nothing or else’.
“Do you mind if I push my tongue all the way?” Chigiri stared straight ahead even as a blush spread across his face. His teammates gaped at him. Chris Prince didn’t know whether to laugh or have a breakdown so his face was frozen in an expression of shock.
Nagi sang “Aah, what will happen tomorrow?”. His face tilted down again.
“Not the gang bang!” Now everyone was staring with their mouths open. No one who knew Niko could believe he had just said that.The group sang as a whole again, sounding surprisingly good to most people’s ears, “It-it-it-it’s not some stupid feeling”.
“I just want to do it” The Germans wore identical faces of confusion, pain, and interest at Isagi’s line.
“The-the-the-then I can take you in, all at once!” For some reason, this is what made Noa choke. “No matter what!”
“Depraved animal” Rin muttered at Shidou. He only grinned at Rin in response.“Your mind” Reo shook at his voice.
“Will be torn to pieces! Body (x11)” The multitude of voices echoed in the room. The chorus began to play. “No-not-” whispered Niko.
“No, no, no, I’m a virgin!” Niko felt a tear slip down his face as someone laughed.“(No no no no no oh)”
“I’ll hit your sweet spot” Bachira winked at the eyes peering at him. “Wow wo wo yeah yeah”
“Because right now” Kunigami glanced at Chigiri through the corner of his eye.
“I want to do it! I want to do it! I want to do it! Ooh!” The players figured that Rin, Shidou, and Bachira had reached the point of no return.
“I just want to do it” Scratch that, clearly Isagi was much worse then them for using that voice to sing those lyrics.
“I won’t let them touch you! You’re a virgin, aren’t you?” Aryu had to be an angel to bring this moment of respite to their ears. The singers couldn’t appreciate it because of how low they had yet to fall and soon would.
“I’m the bitch club’s boy!” Only Rin acted disgusted at Shidou anymore.
Eyes bulged out of their heads at Reo singing “Ah, I want to be wrapped up deep inside your body”.
“Fallen” Manchine city internally praised their player for not saying something degrading. In his office Ego just kept face palming at each new lyric sung.
“Uwah uwah uwah uwah uwah uwah body body body body (2x)” They all felt that this was the calm before the storm. Kaiser and Shidou were some of the few waiting excitedly for the rest to come.Tokimitsu, who was shaking in his seat, thought that at least the instruments sounded good. Barou was 2 more vulgar lines away from cutting his ears off.
“I want to embrace you, even if we’re clothed!” Chigiri felt bad for bringing some hope that the rest of the song won’t be as sexual as the beginning.
“I only want to understand your heart” Manshine city couldn’t help but feel extremely proud of Nagi for staying relatively innocent.
“Oh, you’re so cold to me,” Aryu smirked. “And that turns me on!” Players jumped to their feet to yell wordlessly at Isagi for ruining their moment of peace. Isagi couldn’t help but yell back at them for a few seconds before they all accepted defeat and sat down. Kaiser was practically shrieking with laughter.
“An an an an” Rin’s soft voice shocked everyone.
“I don’t need any pointless feelings”
“I just want to understand you” Maybe there was hope yet for some of these kids.
“No, no, no, no,”
“It’s all good, even if you’re ‘straight’” Why is it always Isagi?, all players wondered. Isagi had already mentally prepared 10 arguments to why this is not his fault.
“Because I’ll make you come” Why Shidou, why?
“The equilibrium of a piston’s rhythm I just want you to understand” they all sang. Yukimiya was holding his cross tightly and appeared to be praying.Kurona and Hiyori could be seen goggling at Isagi through the whole song.“I want to understand everything about you”
“I like you, kid” Nagi’s lyric felt random amidst the chaos of the song.
“I want to do it” Aryu had fallen so far so fast.
“I wanna wanna touch your-” Niko could not be forgiven for this betrayal, no player could think of him the same way again.
“Body body body body body (body)” The ending music played.
Several players sank back into their seats. The singers all looked at each other and communicated silently, the exception being Shidou.
A soon as Kaiser opened his mouth, the singers ran out of the room and scattered into various rooms and hallways. The remaining players stared in shock at their vanishing figures.
“You can leave now.” Ego’s voice sounded.
“Are we not talking about this?” a player asked.
The blank stares directed at him shut him up immediately. Everyone marched out of the room with a single minded focus to ignore what just happened for the time being. Many hoped to spontaneously get amnesia tonight or at least find something else to think about for a while. Otoya and Karasu were already walking to Ego's office to get a tape of the song while laughing to themselves.
The singers all breathed a sigh of relief as they locked their doors and thought about how they would keep the circ*mstances of that song to their graves. No one would ever know why or that recording was actually made.
